I am a “Leader Discoverer and Developer.” I travel internationally as a speaker focusing primarily on Leadership Development and Success in Business & Life. My speaking engagements have taken me to Peru, Colombia, Bolivia, Costa Rica, Guatemala and Sierra Leone.

Professionally, I have been in the real estate industry. This includes development of single family residential sub-divisions, managing shopping centers, managing a water and sanitary sewer utility and a construction company.

I have a passion for growing things – especially trees. I have planted an estimated 25,000 trees in my life. If something grows, I am fascinated by it. Sometimes I have grown moths and butterflies for no other reason than for the enjoyment of seeing nature come alive.  

I am a follower of Jesus Christ for 49 years. My passion for Him springs up from a profound transformation in my life as a result of this pursuit. I have been married for 40 years and have 4 adult children. One of my great passions is to disciple young men and see their lives transformed from the inside out.
